Functional medicine is an approach that looks at the how and why of chronic symptoms and disease to address the root cause for each individual in order to restore and optimize health and wellbeing. It is highly personalized, and allows for a strong, problem-solving partnership between patient and practitioner. Our team is ready to partner with you in your health and wellness.

Lori Seckinger
Program Assistant

After exploring South Carolina, then Northern Michigan, I finally returned to my Southern Michigan roots!

I have a passion for health, wellness, and everyone feeling their best inside and out. Throughout my own health journey, I have felt the benefits first-hand and know how important and difficult lifestyle changes can be.

When I am not managing the OBX Functional Medicine office, I enjoy traveling to new places, walking with Kaya (our Goldendoodle), gardening, cooking, kayaking, and being creative.
